Information

Check-In: Arrival time is from 5 pm to 8 pm, in case you are going to arrive late, please contact us.
Check-Out: On departure day we ask our guests to leave the apartment until 09:00 am.
Parking: For each apartment there are 2 parking lots available.
Cancellation insurance: We strongly recommend taking out holiday cancellation insurance: Europäische Reiseversicherung
Free WiFi
Cancellation: The legal right of withdrawal is substituted by the respective cancelation policy
- 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival.
- 70% of the total agreed price by one week befor the date of arrival.
- 40% of the total agreed price by one month befor the date of arrival.
Deposit: We kindly ask you to tranfer a prepayment of 25% of the total amount to our bank account.
Local tourism tax: The tax is € 2.20 per person (age 16 and up).
Non smoking house
Dogs are only allowed in spring, summer and autumn: € 10,- / dog and day
Bread service from Monday to Saturday
Cot: On request we can provide you with a baby's cot/crib with bedding.
The price includes bedding, towels and dish clothes
Lockable ski room with ski boot dryer / in the summer for mountain bikes
