Apartment Morgenrot
RELAXING, QUAINT, IDYLLIC - simply WONDERFUL
Apartment Morgenrot lies on the first floor of the building. A wide, solid-wood balcony leads you straight out towards the sunrise. In the summer months you will be caressed early by the first rays of sunshine. When you eventually get up, you will be able to enjoy breakfast in your spacious living room. The living room also you choose to spend the day- or nighttime hours enjoying the satellite TV programming.
When you are ready to lie down, we would definitely recommend one of our two romantic bedrooms, two triple room, sure to turn your thoughts to, well, you know, reading a good book or something similar. When you want to take a shower, you won't need to disturb your roommate who is browsing the sports pages on the WC, since the two rooms are separate. Even if the kitchen is very tempting, don't let your husband stand over a hot stove every single day. You can also invite him out to dinner, especially since the closest hotel is just five minutes walk away. Bedclothes and towels are supplied by us, but don't take them with you when you leave, we will be happy to wash them ourselves!

Apartment Abendrot
HOMELY, ROMANTIC, COZY - simply TYROLEAN
Apartment Abendrot is on the ground floor, on the south-east side of the house. As you sit in the evening beneath an arbor of vines out in front of your apartment and look out towards the 3 000ers of the Zillertal Alps, you will see an unforgettable sunset, either because there actually is one, or one perhaps only in your imagination because the enchanting atmosphere has caused you to drink one glass too many (easy to do, especially if you have been sipping on our homemade schnapps).
Actually, you can do pretty much everything in front of the apartment, from grilling to table tennis, though for certain small things we would probably recommend the two bedrooms, a double room and a triple room, the shower as well as the WC. The large, rustic living room with kitchenette provides ample space in which to figure out who has the honor of the day's cooking duties, with the loser able to stretch out on one of the built-in loungers and heat up the tiled stove.
Bedclothes and towels are provided by us, just don' t take them with you if you happen to sleep outside the front door, we do have to wash them, after all! And in the autumn, when you hear the bugling of stags in rut and the full moon shines, don't let yourself be tempted into deeds you might not be physically up to!

Additional costs
Final cleaning:
- for apartment Morgenrot and Abendrot: € 105,- each
A deposit of 25% is required. We ask guests to pay the remaining amount on arrival.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax is € 2.60 per person (from 16 years)
Pets: Up to 2 dogs are allowed in the Abendrot apartment in spring, summer and fall upon request: € 10,- per pet and day. The animals may not be left unattended in the apartment at any time of the day or night.
Cancellation conditions
T&Cs: For legally valid rental contracts, the provisions of the general hotel contract conditions apply. (ÖHVB). We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
Cancellation: The cancellation policy replaces the right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Rights Directive of the European Union.
- In the last week before arrival: 90 percent of the total package price.
- Up to one week before arrival: 70 percent of the total package price.
- Up to one month before the date of arrival: 40 percent of the total package price.
